What is Relove Rewards?
Relove Rewards is our loyalty program to thank you for shopping with us. You earn points every time you shop, and once you earn 100 points, you get $5 off, plus access to member only offers.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up in store at the register or online via stores.bsl.org.au, it’s quick and easy. Membership is free and you may register to be a member of the Relove Rewards program if you are aged 16 years or over and have a current Australian residential address.
What details do I need to provide to sign up?
You will need to provide your first name, last name, email address and phone number. By signing up, you agree to our terms and conditions available here.
How do I update my details?
Visit us in store, email reloverewards@bsl.org.au, or phone 1300 366 283 to update your details.
How do I earn points?
Simply sign up and start earning 1 point for every $1 you spend at any of our BSL Op Shops or Hunter Gatherer stores.
Do points expire?
No, your Relove Rewards points never expire.
Can I save up my points?
Points automatically convert into rewards. Every time you reach 100 points, you’ll receive $5 off your next purchase.
How can I check my points balance?
Visit us in store, email reloverewards@bsl.org.au or phone 1300 366 283 and our team can check your balance for you. Your current rewards points balance will also be shown on your most recent receipt.
When does my reward apply?
Once your points balance reaches 100, a $5 reward will automatically be added to your account after your transaction is complete. Your reward will then be ready to use on your next purchase.
